Fitness played always an important role in my life and I tried almost every form of it, but my favourites were always the group classes such as Step Aerobics, Spinning, Body Art or Pilates. After becoming a Mom of two kids, time that I can spend on sports turned to be a relevant factor. That is why I feel so lucky finding the Power Plate classes of Michelle.
I fell in love with this extremely efficient and varied workout that can be done in 30 minutes. Thanks to Power Plate I could quickly get back in shape and shortly after the start, I already knew that this means a change in my career as well because I would like to introduce the world of Power Plate workouts to more and more people and this way help them reach their health and fitness goals.
